Terrible cleaning, bad parking mgmt. Great location, good AC, fine WiFi.

Parking is in a line, they do not write down the room number of the owner of the car that parks behind you, so you'll be stuck and won't be able to take out your car. Initially, the room we were given was not the one I booked originally, and we had to sleep in a different room the first night. The next 2 nights I still didn't get the room I booked, but at least it was with a street view as expected. Both rooms I stayed in were NOT clean. The pillowcases and sheets were very dirty and both times we had to ask them for clean options that we had to change on our own. You could even see some red stains on the sheets and pillowcases as if someone had a nosebleed or something like that. The second room we stayed in had the space for a mini fridge and didn't have one. When we asked for it they said they would bring one within an hour. We never got it in the 2 days we stayed there. Breakfast was decent, cook was friendly.

disaster!
The hotel is a disaster, without air conditioner -non function, the fan don´t work too. Without towels! I talked with the guy on the frontdesk and don´t solve nothing! I can´t recommend this hotel

If you think you got a great deal..... think again!
The view
Far fron a 4 stars,,, more like a 1 1/2 star. Had to eat my meals of my bed because didn t have a table or chair. Shower had no water pressure. No microwave no coffee machine and airconditioning unit barely could keep up because was too small for the room. No daily house keeping had same towels sheets for 3 days . The internet conection was on and off was ok half of rhe time. I was never asked if i needed anything. When i checked in gave me a basic room with no view with was not what was my reservation. Manager kept contradicting me that i didnt deserve a better room because of the reduced genius price. Finaly got a room with a view that i reserved online and not a closet like room that got for the first night. BECAUSE I HAVE THE PRIVELEGE TO PAY A SPECIAL REDUCED PRICE DOESNT MEAN I DESERVE LESS . Hotel is not as advertised. Beware if you have genious privileges because you wont be recognized as such.
